The sun has broken through here in Michigan today. Although the temp is still below freezing, the sun sure feels good. Went for a long walk in the woods and enjoyed all that winter has to offer. Those forsythia's are just waiting for spring. The buds form in the fall and wait patiently for warmer weather to come. And so do we.

Big storm due to come through here on Wednesday. Time will tell if it's snow or ice. I'd love to get down to Lake Ontario during the storm, but I don't know if I am that brave (foolhardy) or not.

It has become our favorite park to get away to think.
@ Louise, I'd love to be able to watch as the storm came across the water. Living on the East coast of Michigan, we see it leaving or forming to cloud up and dump on poor old Canada. You'll have to put up some pics.

Hey Stew I like the cold, but I'm sick of all the snow.
I like to look at flowers, but I can't identify them to save my life.
